1. Service Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with any part of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only considered when:
We cannot complete the service
A double charge or billing error occurs
There is a valid issue that cannot be fixed by re-cleaning
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind after service
Areas not included in the selected package
Poor conditions not communicated before service
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment = no charge
Same-day cancellations may have a cancellation fee
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply
